The email addresses posted on this website are protected against unauthorized collection using email collection programs or other technical devices. Please note that violations are subject to criminal penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
[Posted on December 1, 2025] Any person who collects, sells, distributes, or uses email addresses using technical devices without authorization will be subject to a fine of up to 10 million KRW under Article 50-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Article 50-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses)
① No one shall use programs or other technical devices to automatically collect email addresses from websites that clearly state the refusal of email collection.
② No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of Paragraph 1.
③ No one shall use email addresses, which are prohibited from collection, sale, or distribution under Paragraphs 1 and 2, for transmitting information, knowing their prohibited status.
